Should any of our products not meet your expectations, we need immediate telephone, e-mail or fax knowledge.

Refunds will be given for goods returned within 48 hours if bought from one of our shops or 7 working days for mail order returns.

After this period, credit notes or exchanges are offered with a full receipt.
